WHO WE ARE

Dr. Ruth Middleton House, President and Lead Consultant.  Ruth stays centered during high-risk, high-conflict and high-complexity situations.  That makes her a valued resource to clients who are dealing with these things themselves.  She helps clients find a path forward even through “Wicked” Problems—problems with no agreed-upon definition and no agreed upon formula for solution.  Ruth, Doug, and Sherry all worked together previously on the dramatic turnaround of a large marketing department.  And another former client (Rosalynne) is now part of the Middleton-House & Company team.

Dr. Rosalynne V. Price, Senior Consultant.  As senior manager of diversity for a large media conglomerate, Rosalynne skillfully leveraged true diversity of thinking.  Now, as then, she uses her knowledge and experience with demographic diversity to give voice to the most valuable ideas in diverse groups, to forge those groups into teams, and to help them move forward collaboratively.  In her community, in her place of worship and now as a Middleton-House & Company team member she continues to help people with diverse concerns and predispositions form alliances and take concerted action.

Ms. Sherry Lee, Executive Assistant.
Sherry worked closely with Ruth and Doug in the turn-around of the Marketing Department in a large public utility.  As Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Marketing, she was critical to the effective roll-out of complex, controversial and very successful change.  She coordinated management activities, facilitated the involvement of employee teams, and negotiated efforts across departments.  Sherry’s calm manner and consistent good work in the midst of turbulence continues to be an asset to Middleton-House & Company and its clients.
